Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer for our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering. The role demands a good understanding of civil engineering concepts and the ability to utilize technical skills in practical applications. The selected candidate will join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting infrastructure projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and editing engineering designs and plans is essential.
• Experience with Civil 3D to assist in drafting and designing civil infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Revit and its use in structural modeling and design implementation.
• Knowledge of STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design solutions in civil projects.
• Competence in project management software to aid in scheduling, budgeting, and project tracking.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and documentation purposes.
• Understanding of geotechnical analysis and application in site assessments and foundation design.
• Civil engineering skills required and listed must include Civil engineering (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in designing civil infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure project adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers for efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national standards and regulations in all projects.
• Assist in solving engineering-related problems by applying analytical and technical skills.
• Provide support in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and progress reports regarding ongoing projects.
