Job Overview
This mid-level internship position for an HR professional with an IT/ITES background is based in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. As an intern, the candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to implement and manage effective human resource strategies within the IT and ITES sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience of 4-6 years in HR roles, with a strong emphasis on the IT and ITES sectors.
- Proficiency in leveraging cloud computing technologies to optimize HR processes and enhance organizational productivity.
- Expertise in data analytics to drive HR strategies based on insights from workforce data and trends.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning applications in HR for developing predictive models and automation of recruitment workflows.
- Ability to implement agile methodologies to ensure flexibility and responsiveness within HR operations.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices to improve collaboration between HR and technical departments within the organization.
- Males with HR experience in IT/ ITES background is a must (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in Python programming and SQL for efficient data management and automation of HR tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the IT and ITES sectors.
- Facilitate efficient talent acquisition processes through innovative strategies and by leveraging new technologies.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain performance management systems for IT and ITES employees.
- Partner with stakeholders to enable effective teamwork and resolve any employee relations issues or grievances.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets, particularly in cloud computing and data analytics.
- Oversee and ensure compliance of various legal and regulatory HR practices within the organization.
- Enhance HR policies and procedures to foster a positive working environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the finance department on budgeting and forecasting within the HR domain, particularly for IT projects.
