Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Executive Assistant to join our team at Job Hub Hr, located in Bangalore Urban. As a full-time employee, you will support our executive team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience and will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in roles such as executive assistant or personal assistant (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets for efficient office management.
- Strong skills in calendar management to coordinate and schedule appointments effectively.
- Experience with Zoom Video Conferencing to organize virtual meetings and maintain communication lines.
- Proficiency with Document Management Systems for organizing and retrieving essential documents quickly.
- Ability to manage travel itineraries and arrangements to ensure seamless business trips.
- Strong familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain contact databases and support business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and important events accurately.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents independently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization and with external partners.
- Handle and oversee business communications, ensuring timely response and follow-up actions as necessary.
- Assist with organizing internal and external events, ensuring all logistical details are managed appropriately.
- Utilize CRM tools to input, update, and maintain contact information and manage organizational data effectively.
