Qualifications and Skills

• An architecture degree from an accredited institution, emphasizing sustainable building design methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed 2D and 3D architectural designs and technical drawings essential to the role.
• Experience in Revit to develop detailed architectural plans, enhancing collaboration across project teams.
• Competence in SketchUp for creating effective and accurate modeling and visualization of architectural concepts.
• Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to improve project productivity and manage building data efficiently.
• Strong skills in 3D Visualization to support project proposals and presentations with realistic architectural renderings.
• Knowledge of Sustainable Design practices to integrate eco-friendly materials and technologies into architectural plans.
• Expertise in Construction Project Management to guide projects from blueprint to realization, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Architect (Mandatory skill): Ability to design, plan, and oversee building projects, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budgets, and timelines for customized architectural designs.
