KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA)
1.Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and
customer services.
2. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle from Client booking to
Delivery
3.Liaisoning with Govt.Bodies, Negotiation skills etc..
4. Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times of own and rent
transport vehicles, its costs and
efficiency
5. Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints received at Customer help-
desk
7. Supervise, coach and train Branch/Warehouse staff, hub staff and
Drivers for efficient performance
8.Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
9.Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and
implement improvements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES :
Knowledge of the Logistics Operations
Excellent Employee focus, Effective communication on interpersonal and
managerial levels.
Superior organizational ability, with expert knowledge and experience to
assume leadership position.
Basic computer knowledge with understanding of technology to guide
implementation & strong in handling people Mgt. etc….
