Job description
• Implement overall recruiting strategy
• Update job descriptions and job specifications
• job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/job portals etc
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
• Interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• On boarding formalities, attendance, leave management, maintaining personnel records, handling induction programs, HR policies & procedure, employees query resolving, exit formalities.
• Administration of statutory compliance as PF, ESIC, Shops & Est. act, BOCW Act, Contract Labor. (Regulation and Abolition) Act, Gratuity, LWF and other allied acts.
• PF/ESI Online Challans / Returns Submission as per applicable Act.
• Registration / Renewal / Amendment under S&E and other allied labour acts, Handling Compliance Audits / Inspections etc.
• Handling employees PF-Claims/Transfer/Corrections/UAN online portal updating & DSC approvals, ESIC (KYC/Personal/Family) updations & e-pehchan generations.
• Liaison with labor Dep't & Coordinating with the labor authorities in preparation & submission of statutory compliance reports during establishments inspections/notices.
• Submission of compliances & annual returns reports to respective labor authorities.
• Documentations of records for PF and ESI Inspections from the concerned authoritiy
