We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive committed to excellence in customer service and sales achievement. This role requires traveling and interacting directly with customers to drive sales and foster strong relationships that align with organizational goals. Only Graduate candidates should apply.

• Proven sales experience or a strong aptitude for sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SE will be responsible for sourcing business and achieving the assigned targets – Branch, Open Market etc.

• SE will be responsible to interact with the customers and explain the product features, terms, etc. Should be able to manage relationships with Customers / Branches / Dealership / Stores.

• Should be able to manage relationships with Customers / Branches.

• Will be accountable for end-to-end loan documentation, with the customer. Pre and Post Documentation.

• Execute activities / events from time to time to augment business efforts.

• Will be responsible for daily updating of leads / lead tracking / DSR etc.

• Ensure the prescribed guidelines and laid down processes in the execution of your responsibilities.

• Generate Cross Sell leads of other Products through Self Sourcing / Referral Business.
