Position: Customer Experience Executive (Customer Service - Inbound Voice) - Blended Process voice/emails/chats – You will have to handle ALL of these.
Budget: Max Salary up to 38k Gross basis last drawn plus 1k WiFi reimbursement as well as Mediclaim & many other employee benefits
Shift:
Day shift: Any 9 hrs shift:
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
OR
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
OR
11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.(Night shift also applicable for guys)
Any one rotational week-off
JD & Requirements
°HSC with minimum 1+ year experience in a contact centre/BPO in an inbound voice process (Must)
°Excellent English Communication Skills both written and verbal is must along
°Also good spoken Hindi
°Ability to understand customers queries and grievances and provide appropriate resolution
°Good interpersonal skills
AGE LIMIT: 40 YRS
Interview Process
1. HR Round – Basic Screening
2. Group Discussion – Google Meet (VC)
3. Online Grammar Test
4. Ops Round with Manager / DGM
Laptop will be provided by company however for the 1st week you will need to arrange for one until the official one is delivered to you
