Senior Flutter Developer

Senior Flutter Developer: Senior Flutter Developer is responsible for requirement analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology and Flutter, Dart & JavaScript tech stack.

Responsibilities: Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications (Android, iOS, Web, etc.) using Flutter and Dart. Experience with FlutterFlow is a plus Implement responsive and adaptive user interfaces to deliver seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, optimizing application performance for low latency and high responsiveness. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality Flutter code, collaborating with designers and stakeholders to understand requirements and technical specifications. Integrate third-party APIs, services, and libraries, ensuring seamless backend communication via RESTful APIs or other protocols. Ensure the smooth functioning of applications across multiple platforms, including managing platformspecific requirements. Publish and maintain applications on the App Store, Google Play Store, or other distribution platforms. Apply strong object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and coding standards. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and managers, providing regular updates on progress and addressing issues promptly.

Qualification and Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart development. Proven expertise in building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, Dart Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns. Familiarity with coding best practices and performance optimization techniques. Experience in integrating APIs and working with backend systems. Exposure to eCommerce, Retail, Digital Applications, or Digital Banking domains is desirable. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (Master's preferred). Proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to lead teams and influence decision-making with a solution-oriented mindset. Strong customer orientation and visionary thinking.
