Qualifications and Skills
- recruitment, sourcing, and talent pipelining are mandatory skills that the candidate must possess in order to excel in this role (Mandatory skill).
- must have proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- should be adept at employer branding strategies to effectively communicate the company culture and attract potential candidates.
- strong negotiation skills are necessary to handle offers and ensure mutual satisfaction between the company and the candidate.
- onboarding skills are required to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- should have excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software will be beneficial for managing candidate data efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- identify and source potential candidates using various recruitment methods and platforms.
- conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and culture fit.
- build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and arrange interviews accordingly.
- ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.
- assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
- coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
