Qualifications and Skills

  • must have proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • should be adept at employer branding strategies to effectively communicate the company culture and attract potential candidates.
  • strong negotiation skills are necessary to handle offers and ensure mutual satisfaction between the company and the candidate.
  • onboarding skills are required to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
  • should have excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software will be beneficial for managing candidate data efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • identify and source potential candidates using various recruitment methods and platforms.

  • build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
