Job Overview

JJ Industries is seeking a Junior Vertical Machining Center Operator for a full-time role based in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in CNC machining and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and precision measurement tools. Qualifications and Skills

• CNC Machining (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated proficiency in operating CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and precision in projects.
• Blueprint Reading (Mandatory skill): Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints for precise manufacturing.
• Precision Measurement Tools (Mandatory skill): Competency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools essential for precision work.
• Machine Maintenance: Experience in routine machine upkeep and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality.
• Problem Solving: Analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all parts are manufactured to exact specifications and high standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Monitored machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
2. Operated and maintained Vertical Machining Centers to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Conducted machine setups, including tool changes, fixture installations, and program loading.
4. Supervised the machines while they executed the tasks and made any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
5. Inspected and measured finished products and compared them with requirements to determine if the process had been completed properly.
6. Operated and controlled VMC machines to perform machining tasks.
7. Loaded raw materials onto the machine and unloaded finished products.
