Job Overview

We are seeking a Diploma Engineer Trainee to join our team in Indore. This full-time entry-level position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The trainee will be involved in various engineering operations, benefiting from hands-on training and practical exposure to our advanced manufacturing processes. Qualifications and Skills

• Mechanical design proficiency is a mandatory skill for this role, ensuring the ability to contribute to product development and problem-solving.
• Understanding of thermodynamics principles to aid in the efficient design and maintenance of our machinery systems.
• Knowledge of fluid mechanics to support the optimization of operational processes involving fluid flow through intricate systems.
• Materials science understanding to select and utilize the appropriate materials in machinery, enhancing performance and durability.
• Project management skills to effectively contribute to and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables of engineering projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose improvements in engineering workflows and products.
• Technical writing ability to create clear and detailed documentation for engineering processes and machinery manuals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, and testing of new machinery components and systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions to gain practical experience and technical knowledge in plastic extrusion machinery manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing engineering projects and troubleshoot challenges when they arise.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and support efforts to improve machinery efficiency and production quality.
• Document engineering procedures, test results, and modifications to ensure clear records and knowledge sharing.
• Engage in continuous learning to understand industry trends and apply innovative solutions in existing and new projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all phases of machinery design and production.
• Contribute to team objectives and support the manufacturing process to meet production goals and quality standards.
