The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator position at JJ Industries is an entry-level opportunity ideal for freshers who are eager to develop their skills in CNC operations. • CNC Programming (Mandatory skill) - Ability to input data and adjust controls necessary for CNC machines to function optimally.

• Tooling Knowledge (Mandatory skill) - Understanding of various tools used in CNC machining, their maintenance, and functionality.
• Blueprint Reading - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics accurately to ensure precision in operation.
• Precision Measurement - Proficiency in utilizing measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances and specification adherence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Start and manage CNC machinery operations by setting up machines according to company specification.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure machines are operating at maximum efficiency and within safety standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize CNC machine performance through proper tooling and programming.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts conform to design specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine or tooling issues, working to achieve effective resolutions with minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of machining operations and report any inconsistencies or anomalies to supervisors.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and learn new practices in CNC processing.
