Job Description:


Responsibilities:


1. Zoho Implementation:

  - Lead the implementation of Zoho applications, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the organization's existing processes.

  - Customize Zoho applications to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization.


2. Zoho CRM:

  - Manage and optimize the Zoho CRM system to enhance sales and customer relationship processes.

  - Train team members on using Zoho CRM effectively and provide ongoing support.


3. Zoho Applications Integration:

  - Integrate Zoho applications with other tools and systems used by the organization to streamline workflows and data management.


4. Data Management:

  - Oversee data migration and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Zoho applications.

  - Develop and implement data management best practices.


5. Automation:

  - Implement workflow automation using Zoho Flow to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

  - Create and optimize automation scripts and processes.


6. Training and Support:

  - Conduct training sessions for end-users on Zoho applications.

  - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.


7. Customization:

  - Customize Zoho applications to align with business requirements and industry best practices.

  - Develop custom modules, fields, and functions as needed.


8. Reporting and Analytics:

  - Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.

  - Utilize Zoho Analytics to generate meaningful business intelligence.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Zoho applications, with a focus on Zoho CRM.

- Strong understanding of business processes and how Zoho applications can enhance efficiency.

- Experience with Zoho Flow and Zoho Analytics.

- Excellent communication and training skills.

- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Zoho certifications.

- Experience with integration of Zoho applications with third-party tools.

- Familiarity with other Zoho products, such as Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and Zoho People.
