Job Overview
The Network Development Manager (NDM) position is a mid-level role based in Rajahmundry, Nellore, Bharuch, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, Muzaffarnagar, and Shahjahanpur. This full-time role requires expertise in building and expanding networks, franchise management, and planning to drive business development in the Oil and Gas sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in network development, with a focus on strategic expansion and optimization (Mandatory skill).
- Proven expertise in network planning and designing effective strategies for network optimization and growth (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in managing franchises, including franchisee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability in business development, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Strong marketing skills, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to business needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions regarding network development.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey strategies, plans, and updates to various stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for network expansion in designated regions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Identify potential franchise opportunities, recruit and onboard new franchise partners, and ensure ongoing support and growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify development opportunities and optimize network performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that support network expansion goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key franchisees and partners to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze competitors, market trends, and business opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present regular reports on network development progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding network operations and franchise management.
