• Windows server installation and configuration.

• Windows os upgrades ( Hyper-v, ADC)

• Windows Failover cluster deployment, management and troubleshooting.

• VMware/Hyper-V deployment and management.

• VM creation, deletion, snapshot, clone, migration.

• File server and share permission.

• Patch installation and troubleshooting.

• Antivirus installation and exception management.

• Change management/Incident management.

• Working experience on cloud.(Azure/GCP)

• Monitoring alerts & different KPI and provide L1 observations.

• Server Hardware replacement activities Preferred Skills/Knowledge • Good Oral and Written communication skills.

• Active directory 2+ years or 1000+ users hand-on experience.

• Server Hardware at least 200+ servers management and basic knowledge on SAN & NAS Storage system.  

• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Infrastructure management operations

• Experience on virtualization technology (VMware/Hyper-V) minimum 50+ virtual machines.
