Mandatory Skills : 1.      Experience in Active directory implementation and migration projects.

2.      Various Hardware and Storage consideration to host Hyper-V/VMware infrastructure.

3.      Windows Failover cluster deployment, management and troubleshooting.

4.      Good Oral and Written communication skills.

5.      Providing Technical support to Remote users (Global)

6.      Must have experience on Active directory and Group policy troubleshooting.

7.      Design & Implementation of Windows server operating system, Roles and Features.

8.      Security principals to Identify and incorporate deprecated / supported algorithms/protocols

9.      Automate the routine tasks with proficiency on PowerShell Scripting

10.  Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Infrastructure management operations

11.  Design and plan migrations to Azure AD/onprem AD with HLD, LLD designs

12.  Document existing and future state architecture with functional requirements and specifications

13.  Deep level troubleshooting skills on Active Directory and core infrastructure services like DNS/DHCP

14.  Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for various projects

15.  Provide support and configure on PKI and Certificate Authority (CA)

16.  Providing RCA on Severity incidents and critical issues.

17.  Support Application / Infrastructure DR activities and support.

Provide support on Windows and VMware clusters issues.

Preferred Skills:

1.      Experience in install, configure and management of Windows Operation System, Windows performance, VMware/Hyper-V environment.

2.      Required knowledge in Active Directory, ADFS

3.      Required knowledge in Microsoft Azure

4.      Experience in windows backup, failover clustering, DNS, DHCP and patching.

5.      Required knowledge in basic networking

6.      Providing L3 Support for VMware/Hyper-V/Software Define Storage/Software define Networking.

7.      Required knowledge in PowerShell, batch/vbscript scripting.

Good Knowledge on GCVE, NSX-T

Desired Certifications : Azure Certification / MCSE certified / VM Ware Certified
