UX Designer 

At Ajio, we care most about our users. We need Senior UX Designers who can adjust to changes and enjoy making products that lots of people use every day. We help people in India pick the right fashion. 

The person we're looking for should have at least 2 years of experience in UX design. They should be good at coming up with new ideas and working fast to make things happen. They should have a history of making users happy and doing things that help our company grow. It's important that they love solving problems, no matter how tricky they are. 

Responsibilities / What you will do 

• Collaborate with Designers, Researchers , Product teams and business teams to resolving user problems and business  

• Design and propose solutions that are simple for users, valuable to business and efficient at solving the problem-at-hand. 

• Develop wireframes, and interactive prototypes for validating proof of concept and to drive usability/user testing. 

• Collaborate with the product, design and analytics teams, to solve problems related to customer acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue. 

• Conduct and participate in design reviews with a range of stakeholders across the organisation. 

• Stay informed and on top of the industry trends and advancements in the field of user experience. 

Requirements / What you should have 

• Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability techniques and UI patterns. 

• Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g, Using Product analytics, conducting usability studies, performing user research) to shape the design decisions and guiding the team to do the same. 

• A strong track record of iterative design, working closely with customers, peers and developers from inception through implementation. 

• Expertise with various Wire-framing, prototyping, usability testing and presentation tools. Eg: Sketch, Figma, XD, Invision Principal, Keynote etc. 

• Ability to communicate design concepts appropriately and effectively to different audiences and varying levels of the organisation. 

• Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesise feedback and input from relevant stakeholders.
