RRVL One Tech is looking for a seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineer to architect, develop, and scale our automation frameworks. With 6–8 years of experience (minimum 5 years in automation), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our e-commerce platform through advanced automation and quality governance.

You will take end-to-end ownership of product quality by architecting scalable frameworks across Web, Mobile, and API layers. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, architectural design, and leadership to drive early defect detection and smooth release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

· Architect and evolve high-performance automation frameworks from scratch for Web, Mobile, and API.

· Execute complex functional validation and integration testing across cross-service flows to ensure product stability.

· Seamlessly integrate automated suites into continuous testing workflows using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

· Review automation code, mentor junior SDETs, and enforce clean code practices and OOPs principles.

· Leverage Agentic AI and GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for intelligent test case generation, locator healing, and scenario expansion.

· Partner with Product, Dev, and DevOps teams to define quality gates and automation roadmaps.

Technical Skills

· Strong expertise in Selenium/Playwright for web and Appium for mobile (Android & iOS).

· Advanced skills in REST Assured or Postman for contract validation and integration-level testing.

· Deep command of Java, Python, or JavaScript with a focus on modular and scalable architectures.

· Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and using cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack.

· Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, logs, and debugging tools.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

· 6–8 years of hands-on professional experience in functional and automation testing.

· Proven track record in designing automation patterns (Data-driven, POM, Hybrid, or Service-level frameworks).

· Preferred: Experience in high-scale e-commerce flows and familiarity with AI-powered automation optimization tools.
