RRVL One Tech is seeking an exceptional React Native Developer with Android/IOS to spearhead the architecture, design, and development of advanced React Native features and drive the integration of RN into our large-scale native mobile applications.

The primary focus of this role is to architect and lead a large-scale migration toward React Native, ensuring technical excellence, performance, and scalability across the mobile platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build complex features using React Native.
• Lead the integration of React Native modules into existing native Android and iOS applications.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle: architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Define coding standards, reusable patterns, and best practices for mobile teams.
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, fostering team growth.
• Troubleshoot and optimize critical performance issues across the JavaScript and native layers.
• Participate in and influence all major architectural and technical decisions.
• Leverage Agentic AI and GenAI assisted coding tools (like Cursor, Antropic Claude Code) to maximize productivity.

Knowledge and Skills

We require candidates who have taken ownership of full product modules and possess deep knowledge in the following mandatory areas:

• 6+ years of advanced React Native development in production environments.
• Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and React Native architecture.
• Proven experience in integration of RN into large-scale native apps (bridging, native modules).
• Deep understanding of RN internals (e.g., Hermes, Fabric, TurboModules, JS Engines).
• Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C) to effectively write, debug, and optimize native modules.
• Expertise in State Management (Redux/MobX/Recoil/Zustand).
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable mobile architecture and patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Total 6–8 years of professional mobile engineering experience.
• Experience leading mobile engineering initiatives and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to managing technical debt, performance budgets, and code quality.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong knowledge of mobile performance analysis & profiling.
• Exposure to observability tools (Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Flipper).
