Experience :

• Total Experience should be 7-10 years of experience in 4–10 years of hands-on experience in Linux Administration, Proxmox VE, VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter), virtualization migration, storage management (Ceph/SAN/NAS), networking, backup & disaster recovery, system monitoring, automation, and enterprise infrastructure support.

Job Description :

Install, configure, administer, and maintain Proxmox Virtual Environment (PVE) clusters.

Manage Linux servers including Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, Rocky Linux, and CentOS.

Create, provision, clone, migrate, and decommission virtual machines and containers.

Configure and manage Proxmox High Availability (HA), Live Migration, and Cluster Services.

Administer VMware ESXi hosts, vCenter, vMotion, HA, and DRS environments.

Perform VMware to Proxmox migration activities with minimal downtime.

Configure and manage storage technologies including Ceph, ZFS, LVM, NFS, iSCSI, and SAN storage.

Configure and troubleshoot networking components such as Linux Bridges, Bonding, VLANs, DNS, and Routing.

Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Monitor infrastructure health, resource utilization, and capacity planning.

Perform system upgrades, patch management, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.

Troubleshoot virtualization, operating system, storage, and network-related issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Coordinate with infrastructure, network, storage, and application teams for project implementation and support.
