·        Capture the project items with required SPOC, update, ETA, priority, dependency among others

·        Capturing the product engineering tasks and ensuring the development and testing with QA

·        Tracking the technical progress and highlight the key progress and blocker point in reports

·        Interacting with vendor for technical and operational requirements

·        Capturing and highlighting the key product improvements

·        Interacting with Systems team for product technical integration and coordinating stage testing

·        Interacting with server teams for set-up readiness, connectivity and operations

·        Capturing and Listing the product function tasks

·        Coordinating with internal team members and external team SPoCs regarding the updates, follow-ups and ETAs

·        Preparing weekly updates and coordinating the weekly update meeting

·        Preparing the product progress and activity task report

·        Coordinating with operations team for the product operations

·        Capturing project planning and coordinating with other teams and vendors for project plans

·        Quality of the product is verified for its functional, non-functional and software quality including verification of KPI set

·        To be in Sync with all team members for any tailoring that is done by the Development team to ensure traceability is managed.
