Education

Any graduate but preferably B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

Experience

At least 3+ years of experience in Deployment and Support cloud Services

Mandatory Skills/Knowledge

• Provisioning and configuration of resources, Monitoring and Alerting, Basic Level Trouble Shooting, Reporting on Cloud Metrics including capacity.

• Documentation and knowledge management

• Prior experience in maintaining Infrastructure services in Openstack, NetApp Storage and Software Defined Network

• Should have Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Network

• Work with customers to understand their issues in Infrastructure services

• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements.

• Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible.

• Provide second-level support and provide solution of issues reported by customer as well as monitoring

• Maintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarks

• Guide first-level support team to resolve issues and create SOP's for recurring issues

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Openstack services and NetApp Storage

• Experience with Linux/Unix and Networking

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Desired Certifications( good to have)

• Certifications in Openstack, Linux/Unix, Network technologies.
