Role Overview

As a Jio Centre Manager, you will lead and manage the operations, sales, and customer acquisition initiatives of the Jio Centre in your assigned territory. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, ensuring cost-effective operations, and delivering superior customer experiences.


Requirement Criteria

Work Experience: 8–15 years total, preferably 10+ years in Telecom/Sales leadership

Industry Experience: Telecom, FMCG, Digital, Consumer Tech preferred

Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory); MBA/Post Grad (preferred)

Skills & Competencies: P&L Management, Team Leadership, Sales Strategy, Territory Execution

Key Responsibilities

1.     Lead Jio Centre operations to meet sales, customer acquisition, and profitability targets

2.     Drive cost-efficiency and productivity within centre and field teams

3.     Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, including compliance and administration

4.     Build strong relationships with local authorities and channel partners

5.     Create and execute plans for customer retention and satisfaction

6.     Hire, train, and manage high-performing sales teams

7.     Ensure market coverage, competitive intelligence, and on-ground execution excellence

8.     Should have held roles like Branch Manager, Zonal Manager, Circle Head, or equivalent

9.     Demonstrated stability in past roles (≥2 years tenure in recent organizations)
