JD:-

Strong understanding of OpenText Service manager 9.6* and above versions.

Strong understanding of IT service management principles and ITIL best practices.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing OpenText Service Manager modules, workflows, and processes.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Experience working with Incident, Problem, Configuration, Knowledge modules, Major Incidents

knowledge about SMA-SM, Certificate upgrade , Service Portal Management , NFS Log management trouble shooting

basic knowledge of DB, able to create queries for various task related to SM

knowledge of integration with various tools such as OMi, OO, nmmi,

Good knowledge about Web services and API integration with other system

basic knowledge of java scripting

Proven experience in administering OpenText Service Manager or similar service management solutions in an enterprise environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Relevant certifications in OpenText/MF/HP Service Manager or IT service management (e.g., OpenText Certified Administrator) would be a plus.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
