Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Finance & Accounts professionals to support project teams at construction sites by managing day-to-day financial and accounting activities. The role will act as a key liaison between the project site and the central Finance team, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance across project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide finance and accounting support to project teams at construction sites.
• Manage and support local contracting activities, including contract-related financial coordination.
• Review, verify, and process local expenses and vendor invoices for timely payments.
• Handle routine site-level finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain financial records and documentation related to site activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the central Finance team to resolve finance-related queries and issues.
• Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, and financial reporting requirements at the project site.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and organizational financial controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in site accounting, preferably within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, vendor management, expense processing, and financial controls.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently in a site-based environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of project accounting and cost control practices.
