· Providing Desktop & Laptop support to end users-
· Providing Level 1 Support for Printer, Email Problems, Office applications etc.
· Configuring & trouble shooting problem w.r.t Operating System
· Configuring and Trouble Shooting Handheld devices like Mobile Phones and Tablets
Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).
- · Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated,
- · Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- · Provide desktop and Laptop support
- · Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
- · Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
- · Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
- · Completing internal user moves
- · Providing support for MAC and PC
- · Installing specific softwares, authorized by the company
- · Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations
- · Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex: PC refreshment, OS Upgradation, Software Upgradation, etc..)
- · Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager
- · Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) – Troubleshooting Skills, Windows Operating Systems Knowledge, Computer Networking Concepts
