·        Providing Desktop & Laptop support to end users-

·        Providing Level 1 Support for Printer, Email Problems, Office applications etc.

·        Configuring & trouble shooting problem w.r.t Operating System

·        Configuring and Trouble Shooting Handheld devices like Mobile Phones and Tablets

 

 

Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).

  • ·        Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated,
  • ·        Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • ·        Provide desktop and Laptop support
  • ·        Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
  • ·        Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
  • ·        Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
  • ·        Completing internal user moves
  • ·        Providing support for MAC and PC
  • ·        Installing specific softwares, authorized by the company
  • ·        Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations
  • ·        Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex: PC refreshment, OS Upgradation, Software Upgradation, etc..)
  • ·        Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager
