Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).
· Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated,
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues
· Provide desktop and Laptop support
· Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
· Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
· Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
· Completing internal user moves
· Providing support for MAC and PC
· Installing specific softwares, authorized by the company
· Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations
· Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex: PC refreshment, OS Upgradation, Software Upgradation, etc..)
· Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager
· Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) – Troubleshooting Skills, Windows Operating Systems Knowledge, Computer Networking Concepts
· Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) - BE / B.Tech / B Sc-IT
