Experience: Must have 3-5 years of experience

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

Location: Guwahati

Mandatory Skills/Knowledge :

1.                  Setup and configure servers

2.                  Troubleshoot technical issues

3.                  Conduct devices inspections

4.                  Handle hardware upgrades & replacements.

5.                  Log issues or complaints and issue an ID number against the issue or complaint.

6.                  Assign severity level to each issue or complaint so as to maintain categorization and differentiate the criticality of the incident via the priority levels, severity levels and impact levels.

7.                  Track each issue or complaint to resolution.

8.                  Escalate the issues or complaints, if necessary, as per the escalation matrix defined.

9.                  Analyze the issue or complaint statistics and bidder’s SLA.

10.              Shall provision for all necessary channels for reporting issues to onsite technical team. The onsite technical support team shall troubleshoot and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any outage or data breach or incident of any application or device or solution.

11.               Hands on & understanding of working Knowledge of Data Centre technical Operations.

12.              Hands on & Understanding of Working Knowledge of Server system operations and all rack devices like servers, Switches, Load Balancer and Devices Rack mounting, Installation.

13.              Hands on & Understanding on all type cables laying & Patching, tagging & connectivity in Data Center.

14.              Hands on & Understanding on Ticketing Tool, Incident, Service requests, Change Management tools.

15.              Hands on & understanding on communication properly and successfully with Business and Other Departments Stake Holders and Members.

16.              Candidate must have self-starting, Innovative, Proactive, Self-initiative & take Ownership with responsibility.

17.              Understanding & Knowledge of KPI Parameters of Data Centre like cooling, power, Rack/Devices Power tracking, Electrical equipment’s and its connectivity.

18.              Hands on & understanding on MS Excel, Power point, Macro and good analytical skill & UNIX / Linux OS.
