- Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Exceptional accuracy and speed in entering, updating, and verifying data related to bookings and customer information to ensure reliability at scale.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to quickly assess situations, identify challenges, and implement practical solutions that align with company processes.
- Reservation Systems: In-depth experience working with digital reservation systems, ensuring accurate and real-time booking management for seamless operations.
- Process Optimization: Ability to review existing workflows, propose improvements, and implement optimized solutions to streamline the consumption booking process.
- Inventory Management: Familiarity with inventory control practices, ensuring availability and proper tracking of resources required for booking fulfillment.
- Adaptability and Multitasking: Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and responsiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers and internal teams with consumption booking queries, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions at every touchpoint.
- Maintain up-to-date records of booking requests and consumption data using CRM systems and data entry tools to support operational transparency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to confirm bookings, allocate resources, and verify service availability effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide timely updates to prevent shortages or overbooking while maintaining optimal resource utilization.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address and resolve booking discrepancies or challenges, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend optimization strategies to improve booking lifecycle and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at enhancing the end-to-end consumption booking experience for both B2C and B2B clients.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection standards, and industry best practices throughout the booking management process.
