Job Overview

We seek a CloudXP Operations L2 professional to join our team in Guwahati. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in cloud and infrastructure technologies, with a focus on operational excellence in both public and private cloud environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in SQL to manage and manipulate large data sets with an aptitude for performance optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, understanding their management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AppDynamics for application performance monitoring to ensure application stability and performance.
• Knowledge of Grafana to create informative dashboards for visualizing data and system metrics effectively.
• Ability to debug infrastructure and application issues, leveraging analytical skills to identify root causes effectively.
• Familiarity with public and private cloud technologies, understanding their architecture, services, and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of cloud-native environments, including container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues within a dynamic work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability of services.
• Monitor application health using AppDynamics, identifying and addressing any performance trends or issues promptly.
• Create and maintain Grafana dashboards, providing clear visualization of system health and application metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Linux/Windows operating systems and cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the deployment and operation of cloud applications.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Maintain security and compliance protocols within cloud deployments, ensuring data protection standards.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to provide rapid response to critical system alerts and incidents.
