Role: Cloud Solution Architect

Role Description: As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will also collaborate with development teams to ensure that cloud-based applications are built and deployed effectively.

Education: BE/BTech/MCA.

Must Have Skills: Cloud Solution Architecture (Hybrid and Multi-cloud)

Certification Skills: Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

Job Requirements:

·        Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud strategies.

·        Provide expert guidance on cloud services, tools, and best practices.

·        Sound knowledge of Azure and stack HCI

·        Assess existing systems and recommend cloud migration strategies.

·        Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation and standards.

·        Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

·        Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker or other container management solutions with understanding of micro services principles and design patterns.

·        Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, and security.

·        Expertise in creating HLD and LLD for complex cloud solutions.

·        Hands on experience creating, removing, scaling & migrating compute and storage resources

·        Understanding of up-to-date architecture concepts and system integration principles pertaining to Servers, Storage, Database (RDBMS/NoSQL/BigData, etc.), Network & Security (Firewalls, Load balancers, VPC), Backup, Virtualization, Cloud Deployments.

·        Sound knowledge of web architecture including HTTPS, DNS, IP, SSL, Routing, Caching, CDN etc.

·        Extensive architecting/designing/developing complex n-tier distributed applications running in multi data centre for a large enterprise.

·        Thorough knowledge on different IaaS, PaaS and SaaS based solutions available for various products and services offered in Public Cloud.

·        Sound knowledge of software defined networking like VPN, VPC, Express route, gateways, NSG and firewalls.

·        In-depth knowledge in DevOps practice and CI/CD tools, automation, infrastructure and application monitoring, leveraging various cloud/third-party tools such as Terraform and Ansible etc. 

·        Sound knowledge of Cloud pricing and billing reporting.

·        Ability to bring new ideas, highlight risks, identify gaps and provide mitigation plan.

·        Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate solutions.

·        Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends.

·        Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
