• Subject Matter Expertise for Cloud administrators, resolve complex issues, guide and  coach cloud Admins.

• Expertise in Cloud technologies, Hypervisor layer, Cloud Provisioning Platform, Orchestration layer.

• Hands-on expertise on cloud resources such as VM, Storage, Network; Configure LB, NSG, Firewall in provisioning and trouble shooting.

• Prepare SOPs, Gather Asset information and create architecture diagrams. OEM interlock

 • Design and architect cloud-based solutions using Openstack cloud technologies and services.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

• Create and maintain architectural artifacts, including solution designs, reference architectures, and best practices.

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, highly available, and cost-effective.

• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for Openstack Cloud solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and recommendations on cloud-related technologies and trends.

• Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized cloud solutions.

• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical demonstrations.

• Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible.

• Establish engineering and automation objectives

• Consult with internal IT customers on net new and cloud migration initiatives.

• Provide third-level support and provide root cause analysis of issues.

• Maintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarks

• Assist in capacity planning

• Strong knowledge of Openstack cloud technologies and services, including IaaS, NetApp Storage

• Experience with Openstack Cloud, Linux/Unix and Network infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Certifications in Openstack, Linux or Network technologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
