Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced L2 Engineer to support and manage Desktop Virtualization environments using Accops and Citrix platforms. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, working with OEM vendors, and ensuring system stability in a 24x7 setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2-level technical support for desktop and application virtualization platforms (Accops, Citrix).
• Troubleshoot user issues including:

o   Desktop/application launch failures

o   Login slowness

o   Workspace app issues

o   User profile problems

• Work with OEMs/escalation teams to log cases and assist with complex issue resolution.
• Perform daily health checks. patching and maintain system availability.
• Support and maintain Accops Hyworks and HySecure, Citrix XenDesktop environments.
• Manage and update master images and profiling solutions (e.g., FSLogix).
• Handle issues related to Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS).
• Document and analyze Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for major incidents.
• Assist in implementation and tracking of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Support infrastructure updates and changes in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Perform configuration and operational support of Windows Servers and basic SQL tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of networking concepts, communication ports/flows, and basic Linux operations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in Desktop Virtualization support.
• Experience with Citrix, Accops, MCS/PVS.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies.
• Basic networking and Linux knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
