Jio Business Messaging: Jio has launched its RCS based Jio Business Messaging (JBM) service in Q1 2024 and is aiming at a leadership position for market share. Jio aims to change the landscape of the customer communication and engagement using conversational messaging. With this objective, Jio is building a Sales team for scaling the business to garner highest market share in Year 1 itself.
Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will a key member of the Sales team unlocking business with both channel partners and Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage the channel partner ecosystem for Jio including CPaaS partners and other available channels within the Jio ecosystem. • Develop a direct relationship with Large Accounts to build and grow a direct Sales channel. • Drive the volume as well as the value business with a range of use cases from promotional to conversational and transactional. • Work with the Customer Success team to maximize the effectiveness of RCS campaigns for your accounts using analytics and find opportunities for upsell and cross sell. • Own Sales target for your managed accounts in line with the AOP for JBM. • Activate all potential Partners and maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis. • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to RCS messaging and mobile marketing.
Qualifications & Skills: • Upto 15 years of experience in a CPAAS company selling a range of products. • Experience in RCS Sales. • Owned Sales Target as a Team Lead. • Preferred Qualification: MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.ectively in English. Good presentation skills.
