1) Provide support in performance improvement for identified bottom,quartile resources.,

2) Provide support in performance enhancement of middle quartile,resources through coaching & mentoring.,

3) Identify training need, ensure training delivery and program,management for the field sales force on weekly basis for UJPM & HSO.

4) Provide on-the-job interventions i.e Buddy rides, Audits, Coaching.,

5) Conduct regular cadence with the field teams.,

6) Ensure readiness for independent field deployment for the new joinees,within 7 days of joining.,

7) Handhold HSO Trainees for the first three months and ensure,productivity as defined by business.,

8) Ensure ‘On-Field’ Learning Interventions are conducted as per the,monthly calendar.
