Mandate Experience :

1.           Hands on Telecom operations experience

2.           Understanding of Telecom Online Rating and Charging

3.           Knowledge of at least one IN (Intelligent Network) system

4.           Good hands on exp in Unix/shell scripting

5.           Experience on Oracle PL/Sql

6.           Actual hands on tools – like SOAP, Postman, Wireshark
