The CEO will lead this joint initiative, shaping its strategic direction, scaling operations, and establishing the JV as the trusted AI partner for enterprises across sectors. The Role 

The CEO will be accountable for defining the vision, driving execution, and delivering sustainable growth for the JV. Success will require balancing India-first execution with global alignment, marrying deep AI innovation with large-scale enterprise adoption. 

Key Priorities 

• Set the Strategic Agenda – Articulate and execute a bold vision for enterprise AI solutions in India, aligned with JV objectives and shareholder expectations. 
• Drive Market Leadership – Build a differentiated portfolio of AI offerings addressing high-impact enterprise use cases (retail, telecom, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing). 
• Leverage Partnerships – Harness Meta’s cutting-edge AI research and platforms, while scaling distribution through Reliance’s ecosystem and customer base. 
• Shape the Organization – Attract, develop, and retain top-tier leadership and talent across product, engineering, sales, and operations. 
• Ensure Governance & Trust – Embed responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance standards that meet both Indian regulations and global best practices. 
• Deliver Commercial Impact – Define monetization models, execute go-to-market strategies, and deliver strong financial performance with clear KPIs. 

The Ideal Candidate 

• Enterprise Builder – 18+ years in enterprise technology, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses with proven experience in scaling ventures and managing P&L. 
• AI-Literate Strategist – Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, enterprise workflows, and their commercial application. 
• Zero-to-One Operator – Demonstrated ability to create new businesses in ambiguous environments and scale them rapidly. 
• Global-Local Leader – Adept at working with global technology partners while tailoring solutions for India’s market dynamics. 
• Influential Communicator – Strong board presence, ability to engage CXOs, regulators, and ecosystem partners with credibility and impact. 
• Preferred Background – MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering.
