About the Role:
We are looking for a Core Experience Product Manager – Consumer AI to define and shape the central user experience of Reliance’s AI ecosystem — where voice, vision, and intelligence come together for hundreds of millions of users.
This role will lead the product vision for core interaction flows, responsiveness, and emotional tone in multimodal experiences across apps and devices.
The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of design sensitivity, technical depth, and user empathy, having built or shaped consumer AI or experience-driven products from concept to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience Strategy & Product Definition
- Define the core experience layer that connects users with AI — including conversational, visual, and assistive touchpoints.
- Craft intuitive, responsive, and emotionally intelligent user flows that define the feel of the product.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into elegant, human-centered interactions.
- Shape end-to-end multimodal experiences (voice, text, image, and contextual UX) for consumer AI products.
Execution & Product Development
- Lead product development from 0→1, taking ideas from concept to prototype to scale.
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Define and monitor success metrics focused on engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Manage prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery timelines across multiple product surfaces.
User Empathy & Research
- Build a deep understanding of user behaviors, motivations, and friction points across diverse user groups.
- Work with researchers and data teams to synthesize insights into actionable product decisions.
- Advocate for user delight, accessibility, and cultural sensitivity in every feature shipped.
Collaboration & Communication
- Operate as a bridge between design and technology, ensuring experience coherence and performance.
- Work cross-functionally across design, AI, engineering, and GTM to deliver cohesive consumer journeys.
- Clearly articulate product decisions and strategy to both executive and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–12 years of total experience, with 5+ years in product management roles.
- Proven experience in building consumer tech or AI-led products — ideally from 0→1 to scale.
- Backgrounds from consumer apps, conversational AI, superapps, or search/voice products preferred.
- Strong collaboration experience with AI/ML, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of UX, multimodal interactions, and user-centric design principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Design, or related fields.
