We are looking to hire a hard-working and skilled fitter to fabricate, fit, and assemble the structural components of various mechanical systems. The fitter's responsibilities include keeping accurate records of all maintenance work done, repairing malfunctioning mechanical systems, and evening out any rough spots on the fabricated components using grinders, hand files, and scrapers. You should also be able to collaborate with other Fitters on large-scale projects.To be successful as a fitter, you should be detail-oriented, focused, and adept at interpreting blueprints. Ultimately, an exceptional fitter should be able to safely use hand and power tools as well as demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<ul><li>Analyzing the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of the components to be constructed.</li><li>Constructing structural components from raw materials.</li><li>Using welding equipment to fuse structural components.</li><li>Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size.</li><li>Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed.</li><li>Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.</li><li>Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction.</li><li>Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed.</li><li>Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations.</li><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Appropriate state certification.</li><li>Proven experience working as a fitter.</li><li>Sound knowledge of local and state building codes.</li><li>The ability to use hand and power tools.</li><li>The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems.</li><li>The ability to concentrate for extended periods.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Exceptional welding and mechanical skills.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems</li><li>Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems</li><li>Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)</li><li>Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components</li><li>Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them</li><li>Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.</li><li>Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units</li></ul><h2>Requirements and skills</h2><ul><li>Proven experience as an electrician</li><li>Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems</li><li>Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints</li><li>Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines</li><li>Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability</li><li>Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight</li><li>Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician</li><li>Valid license to practice profession</li></ul>

<ul><li>Inspect and assess the condition of the scaffolding material and reject damaged, defective and substandard material.</li><li>Ensure that the Contractor maintain a record of the condition of all scaffolding materials and assemblies to ensure that they are maintained correctly and dispose of the damaged or defective materials.</li><li>Provide advice on the suitability of specialized scaffolds supplied by contracting companies to meet the health and safety requirements of Company, with regard to design and access in case of plant upset conditions.</li></ul>

Experience in large scale of industries as Execution Supervisor.Having a good knowledge and communication.Knowledge of OHSA.strong leadership skills; possesses a sense of mission with a high priority for safety and results; displays professional ethics; understands and utilizes the actions and behaviors necessary to create organizational change.Self-Awareness: understands the attitudes, interests, needs and perspectives of others.Business acumen:&nbsp;links long-range visions and concepts to daily work; able to manage financial results.
