Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate should be an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is a key leadership role where you will contribute to building a strong organizational culture and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Office Manager at GEMGEM in Surat. The role involves managing HR functions, benefits administration, implementing HR policies, overseeing training & development programs, and ensuring HR compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Training & Development
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
