Role: Sales Consultant

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru

Experience Required: 1 - 4.5 Years

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Counseling or related field

What You'll Do:

- Drive Sales: Engage with prospective students and their parents through consultative outbound and follow-up calls. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the entire sales process to closure.

- Handle Negotiations: Overcome objections and negotiate prices to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

- Communicate Effectively: Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services, clearly articulating their benefits and value propositions to potential clients.

Who We’re Looking For:

- EdTech B2C Experience: Proven track record in inside sales within the EdTech industry.

- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English.

- Sales Expertise: At least 1 year of experience in inside sales with strong sales acumen and a results-driven approach.

- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to build rapport, negotiate, and communicate effectively with clients.

- Independent & Collaborative: Capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
