As a UX/UI Designer, you will work with product teams, partners and developers to define the visuals and user experience. Your goal is to contribute your knowledge on multiple products in various phases in their life cycle. You’ll be collaborating with the product management team to design brand new apps from scratch as well as working on reviewing existing products and providing feedback for improving the look and feel as well as the user experience.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in design brainstorming, reviews, and working sessions with both agile and waterfall methods with a multidisciplinary team to produce end user flows and information architecture diagrams. Craft wireframes and produce detailed style guides based around UI design patterns. Collaborate with developers to help improve the look and feel of the user experience as they code new projects. Work with graphic designers to create logos from scratch when necessary .
2. Perform competitive-analysis, task analysis and other research activities to learn more about your customers and understand everything they go through when using a particular product.
3. Build useful, accessible, clean and clear designs that perform well and as per the guidelines given to you by your superiors.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years’ industry experience in UI / UX.
2. Proven experience in product design for websites, tablet and mobile.
3. Responsive design experience is a must.
4. Designing complex workflows from the conception and ideation phase through to delivery.
5. Experience with Web Flow.
6. Understanding of new & emerging trends in UI & UX.
