Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team at Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. in Sachin. This full-time position requires a strategic leader who can oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes to meet the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and will play a key role in optimizing our production operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Continuous Improvement (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to drive continuous improvement processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Workforce Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in leading and managing a diverse workforce to achieve production goals effectively.
• Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill): Strong commitment to quality assurance practices to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
• Lean Manufacturing: In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP systems for managing and analyzing production operations.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Ability to enhance supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Manufacturing: Extensive experience in managing manufacturing processes within the engineering manufacturing industry.
• Manufacturing Process Improvement: Skilled in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the production team to meet and exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for improving manufacturing processes and efficiency.
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Manage and optimize workforce management to ensure efficient operation of production lines.
• In depth Knowledge of Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Conventional, CNC - VMC Production departments.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols and promptly address any product quality issues.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance the flow of materials and information across the company.
• Utilize ERP systems for monitoring production data to make informed business decisions.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation within the production department.
