Job Overview

Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Junior Electronics Communication Engineer to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time position requiring a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The selected candidate will work closely with our engineering team to design and develop electronic systems, contributing to our innovative textile machinery solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in PCB Design to create effective electronic schematics for various industrial applications.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems with the ability to program and integrate them into machinery.
• Experience in working with microcontrollers for machine automation and control tasks.
• Knowledge of star-delta starters which are essential for starting motors in textile machinery.
• Expertise in PLC programming to automate complex textile machinery operations effectively.
• Familiarity with variable-frequency drives (VFD) to control AC motor speed and torque efficiently.
• Skill in HMI programming to develop intuitive interfaces for machine operators.
• Competency in soldering for assembling and repairing electronic components within machines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic systems in alignment with the company's machinery specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize machinery performance and reliability.
• Implement and configure PLCs, VFDs, and other electronic control devices.
• Conduct testing and validation of electronic systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues associated with electronic components.
• Participate in the documentation of design processes and electrical schematics for future reference.
• Ensure that all systems and components are installed and function according to design specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
