1.      Handling end to end recruitment cycle and sourcing IT profiles online using social media, job portals and free job boards.

2.      Maintain and create various MIS related to HR Department.

3.      Looking after Office Facilities, AMCs, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

4.      Calculating the Incentives, Conveyance Claims, Commission of Field Engineers or remote workers.

5.      Manage on-boarding & induction process.

6.      Maintaining ER with the existing employees.

7.      Coordinate the Employee engagement activities along with other HR team members

8.      Looking after travel arrangements for employees (Train, Bus, Flights & Hotel)

9.      Travel conveyance check for existing employee.

10.  Patty cash management.

11.  Payroll management + Performance base Incentive Calculation + Compliance

 

Required Skills:

1.      Should be very good in Excel

2.      Should have knowledge of Recruitment Sources and experience in handling technical recruitment of Network (L1, L2) Engineers, Software Engineers, etc.

3.      Should be good in communication (Written & Verbal)

4.      Any graduate with professional HR degree is must

Technical qualification with HR will be given preference
