- You will be responsible for counseling inquiries and selling our VISA services over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Advise prospects on the available overseas options, enabling them and their families to make informed decisions.
- Provide precise and up-to-date information about current immigration laws and policies.
- Offer a reasonable and fair assessment of a candidate's profile.
- Develop a personalized global career strategy tailored to their specific needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service by proactively responding to client inquiries and advising them on their overseas immigration and visa requirements.
- Achieve the goals set for you.
- Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, or Counseling with at least 1-3 years of experience is required.
- Effective and concise communication skills with customers.
- Outstanding ability to solve problems and provide customer service.
- Good IT skills are required.
- Possess a target-driven and sales-focused mindset; be outgoing and positive, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
