Job Title: Operation Executive

Reporting To: Business Head

Job Responsibilities

Ø Candidates should have basic knowledge of computers.

Ø LR. Preparation

Ø Different types of Marking on Goods

Ø Loading and Unloading of vehicles along full utilization of space.

Ø Candidates should be Flexible in working hours and location

Ø Candidates should be comfortable with the Rotational shift.

Ø Candidates should have knowledge about Warehouse management.

Ø Vehicle placement and Truck Rate Negotiation.

Ø Candidates should know about the Part & Full truck loading system.

Ø Day to day tasks such as route planning, vehicle arrangement, and coordination with the concerned team.

Ø Familiar with the logistic software, GPS system, Check LR details and POD follow-up to submission on timely basis.

Ø Maintain booked orders and vehicles’ track records in the register as per prescribed format in software as well as hardcopies

Ø Candidate has to check all safety point, which adheres to the operation activity.
