Job Title: Tele Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Counsellor to join our JAIN University International Admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing them with information on programs we offer, and converting leads into enrolments. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills and will have added advantage with prior experience in tele-calling or tele-marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students, providing them with information on programs we offer.
• Qualify leads and convert them into enrolments.
• Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students.
• Ensure high call quality and productivity by following established processes and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of all calls made and maintain a database of prospective students.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-calling or tele-marketing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
