Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management for software development, experience in Agile methodologies, and the ability to manage resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope. This role involves close collaboration with clients, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers.
• Implement and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Use Agile methodologies to manage workflows, conduct regular stand-ups, and maintain project documentation.
• Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure project quality.
• Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders and clients.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software project management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of software development frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
